Wedding Weekend Welcome Bags
Welcome Bags for your out-of-town guests is a great way to share information about the area, wedding day itineraries and snacks to help them recharge. For the out-of-town guests, welcome bags are an easy way to provide your guests all the timelines they need for the weekend’s activities. Our front desk staff is happy to hand these out at check in.
Wedding Weekend Rehearsal Dinner or Welcome Gathering
Start your Four Points wedding weekend with a Rehearsal Dinner or Welcome Gathering for the out-of-town guests. After your catering manager orchestrates your ceremony rehearsal, those participating in the ceremony and their dates are typically invited to a rehearsal dinner. For groups under 40 guests, you can enjoy dinner provided by our on-site restaurant One Bistro in their private dining room. A limited menu allows you the convenience of guests ordering their meal that night. In some instances, it is appropriate to invite all of your out-of-town guests, or those who have travelled a long distance and arrived early for the celebrations. If your guests list is growing past 40, Four Points by Sheraton Norwood has a variety of options to cater your dinner offering plated, buffet or action station meals. Afterwards, the One Bistro bar area is a great place for everyone to meet up for a late-night cocktail. Finish off the night by drifting off to sleep in one of our Four Point Comfort beds!

Travelling beauty vendors are a great option if you want to get ready at the hotel. Beauty Boston, is one of the great vendors we have worked with who will bring their hair and makeup artistry right to your hotel room.
For the Guys…
Less prep work for you so you can enjoy a round of golf at one of the local courses, or check out one of the two breweries within a mile of the hotel. Enjoy lunch together at our onsite restaurant, One Bistro. Once it is time to get ready, our newly renovated hotel rooms create a dramatic backdrop for your photos.
First Look Photo Option
Having two outdoor photo locations right on property is a huge feature of The Four Points by Sheraton Norwood. To take full advantage of your day, consider having the first look before your ceremony. During the first look, your photographer captures a few intimate moments where you see each other for the first time, then, can bring in your wedding party and immediate family to check off all your ‘must have’ photos before the ceremony. This stretches out the amount of time you have for the wedding and allows you to take full advantage of the cocktail hour! With the extra time, you can take photos at both our rustic bridge and landscaped waterfall without worrying about time restraints.
The Reception
Having your reception ceremony and reception on site is not only convenient for your guests, but also less stressful for you as well! You’ll enjoy the day without having to worry about transportation to and from the reception, or guests getting lost after the ceremony. In addition, if guests arrive early, they will not have to wait in the parking lot until your reception starts. With comfortable lobby seating, as well as the One Bistro bar, any early birds will have a comfortable place to wait and chat. At the end of your reception, if time permits, guests can head to the One Bistro bar to say goodnight and savor a few more moments of what we know was an AMAZING day!
Post Wedding Breakfast
Who wants to go home right after a wedding reception? Not us! The morning after your reception is the best time to relive some of the best moments of the night before. Not an early riser? Our daily hotel Breakfast is served in Zachariah’s between 6:30am-11am on weekends, allowing the flexibility for your guests to relax and come down anytime in that time frame. If you choose to pay for your guests, simply provide them with a card to bring down with them. Our Zachariah’s manager will collect the card, and you will only be charged for those who join you for breakfast. Reserved tables allow for everyone to sit together, or if a private function is more your style, we have spaces to accommodate 50-400. With a set time frame, your guests will all enjoy a bountiful breakfast buffet together before leaving for the day.
