Meet our Planners

Mindy and Jayme first started working together in 2006, both relatively new to the world of events they became fast friends working long hours and planning and executing countless events. Since then they have been a dynamic duo, whether they were running banquet events or working with couples to make their dream wedding a reality.

With these two on your team, they will ensure you not only have a perfectly planned wedding, but have fun doing it!

Mindy Keyes, Director of Catering Sales


“Mindy was PHENOMENAL! She was so responsive, helpful, and understanding of every question and need.

A Certified Marriott Wedding Planner, Mindy has been a catering sales manager at the Tiffany Ballroom since 2007, growing into the senior position in 2016 and becoming Director of Catering in 2022. She has a passion for all things weddings and a love for personalizing each and every detail, from flowers to wedding favors, that goes into crafting a couple’s perfect wedding day. Over her many years, Mindy has enjoyed seeing couples return to the Tiffany Ballroom after wedding day to plan anniversaries and even baby showers! She holds a degree in art and art history, aiding in her ability to design a truly stunning and memorable event. In her free time Mindy loves to travel, some of her favorite destinations include Disney and island hopping in Hawaii.

Jayme Dalipovic, Catering Sales Manager


“Jayme… was a dream to work with. She answered all of our questions and made sure the event was a breeze and exactly what we envisioned

Jayme began working at the Tiffany Ballroom in 2011 as a banquet manager. She has a passion for wedding planning and a desire to support couples during every step of their journeys – from engagement to saying I do . In 2015 she transitioned into a catering sales manager role to further pursue this passion. Since then she has assisted countless couple’s plan their perfect day, receiving rave reviews for her keen attention to detail. Jayme holds a culinary degree and in her free time she loves to cook and bake. Her favorite thing to cook is Italian cuisine. Fun fact: Mindy and Jayme have worked together since 2006, making them a perfect team for your upcoming wedding!

Paul Acosta, Executive Chef


Award winning Chef Paul Acosta has been named a young chef worth watching! Starting as a sous chef in One Bistro, Paul’s culinary ambition and raw talent were quickly recognized with his promotion to Chef de Cuisine. Today, Chef Acosta serves as the hotel executive chef, overseeing the Tiffany Ballroom, One Bistro, and the Norwood Conference Center. Paul ensures each dish that is served at an event is full of flavor and elegantly presented. His awards include Food Networks Guys Grocery Games, and Catersource’s 2025 DICED championship.

From our seasoned executive chef, to our gracious banquet staff, to our hard-working banquet managers, the Tiffany Ballroom team is the reason for our continued success! The entire team holds a love for events and a spirit dedicated to hospitality and providing a fantastic, customized experience for every guest attending your event.

If you are looking for a venue that offers it all this truly is the place, the new outdoor pavilion is a perfect cocktail space, while the ballroom is warm and inviting! We loved every second of working with everyone here and would highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married.

Our experience with the Tiffany Ballroom was amazing! Every little detail was accounted for, the food was delicious and the planning process was super stress free! Jayme was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process and was very responsive with all our questions. When we were looking for a venue we wanted a place that had a lot of amenities included (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and hotel stay). Not only did the Tiffany Ballroom have all of what we were looking for included, they had tiers of vendors you could add in which removed so much stress of having to find flowers, cake and a DJ (all of which were so wonderful to work with!!) They also have great relationships with so many local vendors which made the process of finding everyone else super easy! We had a lot of out of town guests attend and they all spoke so highly of the hotel and everything it has to offer. A little rain on our wedding day was not going to stop us from having an amazing time! Mindy made sure we were still able to get photos outside and the set up for our ceremony inside was perfect! Overall, wish I could I relive this day again because everything turned out how we wished it would thanks to all staff at the Four Points Sheraton!

We had our daughter Bat Mitzvah at the Tiffany ballroom and I wish I had more reasons to hold an event there. Let’s start the the beginning, months of planning and going back and forth on food, guests, setup and uiu name it and working with Jayme and her team was just amazing. She assured me all will be exactly as I wish, but she was wrong as it was even beyond everything I expected. They turn the place upside down to be exactly what I imagined, staff was amazing and always helped with big smile, food was delicious and everything was just perfect. Don’t think twice this is your place!
