Smaller Event Space
Planning a smaller event can require just as much planning and details as a large scaled function. If you need a smaller event space, the Lennox Essex Room offers the charm of the Tiffany Ballroom on a smaller scale.
With beautiful gold framed mirrors, modern light fixtures, and blue and gray carpeting, these smaller event spaces are perfect on their own for groups as small as 50 people. The two junior ballrooms can also easily be combined to host events for up to 80 guests.

Smaller Occasions
There are so many occasions to celebrate that require a smaller event space! The Lennox Essex is a sought after venue for celebratory brunch and lunches. Celebrate a shower, Christening, Communion or more with friends and family.
Small Corporate Event
With in house audio visual packages available, corporate dinner meetings enjoy the more upscale environment than traditional meeting rooms. The smaller event space is ideal for a post work cocktail party or dinner. Whatever the occasion-the Lennox Essex rooms are the ideal smaller event space on Boston’s South Shore.
Wedding Party Space
When having your wedding reception at the Tiffany Ballroom, our Lennox or Essex room is included as part of your complete wedding package. EVERYTHING was perfect! … Having everything included in our package made planning a wedding so easy and stress free. … The staff the day of the wedding really made our day more spectacular than we could have imagined… The ballroom was gorgeous, the uplighting was great and all of our guests LOVED the outdoor pavilion where we had our cocktail hour.”
There are many stressful details when planning a wedding, and we can gladly tell you that planning our reception was not one of them!”
