The Banquet Food Server must be knowledgeable of event menu items, their contents, appropriate table settings and service ware, and the correct preparation and garnishing methods. S/he is also responsible for setting up, maintaining and breaking down banquet rooms. Servers start at 6am to service our hotel breakfast guests who typically dine from our full breakfast buffet. Servers provide beverage service including coffee and juice, clear and reset tables and maintain the breakfast buffet.
